The gift of Hampstead Heath on our door steps. We are walking at least 3 miles in an hour, at great pace, heart rate up while taking in the beauty of the heath.
Lowered blood pressure naturally, lost weight, increased cardio fitness, toned legs, bum, and tum : not to mention the pelvic floor! Accessible to all, regardless of fitness levels the instructors ensure the pace is just right for you and that you gain confidence week by week.
A perfect escape to do something for yourself while getting fit. Reducing stress and increasing happiness. Laughing, skipping and frolicking while we do so!
So far nearly 20 OC Members have felt the incredible benefits of Nordic Walking. We have a great deal with Nordic Walking UK who have offered our members a 50% discount on the Intro to Nordic Walking course.
OurCamden look forward offering Members a great opportunity for evening and weekday walks throughout the summer months, across the heath. Watch this space!
